Damascus, SANA – The Cabinet approved on Tuesday the model guide for administrative development departments, wh9ch seeks to unify policies and procedures for administrative development and set the organizational criteria for the departments.
During the weekly session chaired by Prime Minister Imad Khamis, the Cabinet also approved a document on the timetable and mechanisms for implementing the directives set by President Bashar al-Assad during his meeting with heads of local council on February 17th.
In addition, the Cabinet issued a decision on assigning 5,861 engineers to various public establishments.
The Cabinet also requested that all state establishments maintain full openness with public and private media outlets, and to remain in touch with journalists and provide them with the information they need.
