Moscow, SANA-Russian President Vladimir Putin discussed in a telephone call on Wednesday with German chancellor Angela Merkel the latest developments in Syria.
“Putin and Merkel exchanged view points on the situation in Syria, particularly the formation of the committee on discussing the constitution in light of the agreements reached at the quartet summit among Russia, Germany, France and Turkey,” RT quoted Kremlin as saying in a statement.
The Kremlin affirmed that the two leaders stressed their endeavors to boost efforts aiming at helping run the political process in coordination with the UN.
