Prague, SANA – Representatives of several Czech parties reiterated their support to Syria in its war against terrorism, stressing that the future of Syria should be determined by its people alone.
Representatives from Czech Peace Movement, the Union of Czech Youth and the Czech War Veterans Association were speaking during a symposium organized at the headquarters of the Czech Communist Party in Prague to talk about their observations and experiences following the recent visit to Syria.
Head of the Czech Peace Movement, Milan Krajča, said that the West has failed to achieve its goals to undermine Syria, stressing standing by Syria and its people and voicing rejection of any illegal foreign military presence on the Syrian territory without the approval of the legitimate Syrian government.
The Symposium is held within the framework of a series of events organized by the World Peace Council and World Federation of Democratic Youth in solidarity with Syria against terrorist war waged on it.
