Provinces, SANA_ Army units on Friday continued counter-terrorism military operations across the country, wiping out terrorists’ leaders in Harasta and Jarrod al-Qalamoon in Damascus Countryside.
A military source told SANA that the army targeted terrorists’ hideouts in Erbeen and on the Erbeen-Zamalka road, killing a number of them and destroying their weapons. Terrorists Bashir al-Debs, Radwan Ayoub and Yahya Hamada were identified among the dead.
The army also destroyed terrorists’ hideouts and gatherings in Harasta and Jobar, killing and injuring a number of terrorists. Among the dead terrorists were Assem al-Majed from Iraq, Abdul-Munem Yazid al-Khaled from Libya, and Saleem al-Saadat from Jordan.
Meanwhile, the army clashed with terrorists in the areas of al-Doukhaniyeh, Ein Tarma, Saqba, al-Qasmyeh, al-Jarba, and al-Zamanyeh, killing a number of terrorists and destroying their weapons and hideouts. Terrorists Muteib Nayef al-Hamad from Kuwait, Khaled Aybour and Ziad Qashou’ were identified among the dead.
Army units foiled infiltration attempt for terrorists in Qara in Qlamoun and killed a number of terrorists in al-Zabadani. A 23mm anti-air machinegun was destroyed. Terrorists Mohammad al-Darsani and Khaled Kanaan were killed.
A weapons and ammunition cache in Khan al-Sheeh and foiled terrorists’ attempt to attack a military post near al-Habbaryeh. A terrorist was also killed while trying to plant an explosive device in Kanakir in Damascus south-western countryside
Army units killed and wounded scores of terrorists and destroyed their criminal tools in al-Wa’er farms and a number of areas in Homs northern and eastern countryside.
A military source told SANA reporter that five terrorists were killed and others were injured in al-Khrab street in al-Wa’er farms.
According to the source, 15 terrorists were killed in the north of al-Amriah village as a car was destroyed with all terrorists and weapons inside it between al-Ghajar village and Housh al-Taleb.
A terrorists’ den was targeted in al-Rastan and a terrorists’ infiltration attempt into Jbourin in the north countryside of Homs province was thwarted where a number of terrorists were killed and injured.
The source indicated that terrorists’ gatherings were targeted in the villages of Khattab, Rahoum, Bait Kafa and al-Dwaibieh in the eastern countryside of Homs.
Army units destroyed terrorists’ vehicles in al-Helbe town in Homs countryside, while other units destroyed a number of vehicles along with the terrorists in them in al-Sukhna, al-Majbal and al-Qarya al-Namozajyeh also in the province’s countryside.
In Aleppo, a military source announced that army units destroyed vehicles with the terrorists inside them in Handarat camp, Kafr Hamra, Bashkoi and Saifat in Aleppo countryside.
The army eliminated terrorists and destroyed their vehicles in Tal Farah, Tal Jabin, al-Mallah Farms, Tal Rafaat and Hreitan in Aleppo countryside.
A military source said army units destroyed a factory used for making explosives and mortars, as well as a large arms cache near Tal Karatin village in Idleb countryside, killing large numbers of terrorists affiliated to Ajnad al-Sham terrorist organization.
Army units also inflicted heavy losses upon terrorists and eliminated their criminal tools in Daraa, its countryside and in Quneitra countryside.
According to a military source army units targeted terrorists’ dens and gatherings in al-Bajabjeh neighborhood and Jordan street in Daraa al-Balad
while other units foiled terrorists’ infiltration attempt into al-Manshieh neighborhood in Daraa al-Balad, killing and wounding a number of them.
Terrorists’ infiltration attempt into Atman town, in Daraa countryside was also foiled. Many terrorists were killed and wounded.
In Quneitra countryside, terrorists’ gatherings in Nabe’ al-Sakher and Um Batneh were targeted.
Military source said that the army units targeted gatherings of terrorists in the area surrounding Beit Jenn and in Mas’hara in the countryside of the southern
province of Quneitra, killing scores of them and wounding others, in addition to destroying their equipment.
In Hama countryside, units of the army killed scores of terrorists and wounded others, also destroying tens of their cars after targeting their gatherings in Morek, al-Latamneh, Kaf Zita, al-Habit, Hasraya, Abu Reideh, Latmin, Lahaya, al-Sayyad and Maarkebbeh.
Military source said that the army units targeted a convoy of cars which terrorists were driving on Jassem-Enkhil road in the countryside of the southern province of Daraa, killing all terrorists aboard the cars, while other army units stormed dens and gatherings of terrorists in Kfar Nasej, Jassem, Samlin, Aqraba and Bosra al-Sham, leaving a number of them dead and wounded.
Army unit targetted gathering of terrorists on al-Mahs Hill in Daraa countryside, killing terrorists and wounding others, and destroying two armored vehicles.
Meanwhile, army units killed terrorists and wounded others in al-Kark and the Old Customs neighborhoods in Daraa al-Balad.
