Moscow, SANA- Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Bogdanov said that the representatives of the guarantor countries of Astana process (Russia, Iran, and Turkey) will hold consultations with the UN Special Envoy to Syria Staffan de Mistura on June 18-19 in Geneva.
Speaking to journalists in Moscow on Friday, Bogdanov said that the issue of holding the second round of the Syrian National Dialogue Congress in Sochi will be discussed after determining the working arrangements of the constitutional committee to discuss the Syrian Constitution.
He added that the Syrian government has submitted a list of candidates to serve on this committee, while de Mistura expects such lists to come from the opposition.
He affirmed that the implementation of the decisions of the Syrian National Dialogue Congress held on January 30, including the establishment of a constitutional committee, is now the main task and that all these issues will be discussed in Geneva.
