Damascus, SANA- Temperatures will remain around average as the country is affected by a superficial high air pressure accompanied by northwestern airstreams in all layers of the atmosphere.

The Meteorology Department expected in its Wednesday bulletin that the skies will be clear to partly cloudy in general and misty in the eastern areas and al-Badia (desert).

The winds will be changeable to northeastern of low to moderate speed, while the sea waves will be low in amplitude.

The expected temperatures in some main Syrian cities are as follows: Damascus 24/10, Daraa 25/10, Homs 24/06, Hama 26/09, Lattakia 24/13, Aleppo 24/10 and Deir Ezzor 27/12.
