Damascus, SANA- Temperatures will continue to rise to become from 3 to 7 degrees above average as the country is affected by a high air pressure accompanied by western air currents in the upper layers of the atmosphere.
Meteorology Department expected in its Sunday bulletin that the skies will be clear in general with some scattered clouds and the wind will be northwesterly with a low to moderate speed while the sea waves will be low in height.
The expected temperatures in some major Syrian cities will be as follows: Damascus 25/11, Daraa 25/10, Homs 22/10, Lattakia 23/12, Aleppo 22/10 and Deir Ezzor 23/10.
