Monday weather: Temperatures above average, skies clear

Damascus, SANA- Temperatures will remain from 5 to 7 degrees above average as the country is affected by a high air pressure in the upper layers of the atmosphere.

Meteorology Department expected in its Monday bulletin that the skies will be clear to partly cloudy in general and the wind will be of changeable direction to southeasterly with a low speed while the sea waves will be low in height.

The expected temperatures in some of the major Syrian cities will be as follows: Damascus 20/8, Daraa 21/8, Homs 18/5, Lattakia 19/10, Aleppo 17/5 and Deir Ezzor 20/6.
