Damascus, SANA- Temperatures will rise to become around or slightly above average as the country is affected by a superficial high air pressure accompanied by northwesterly airstreams in the upper layers of the atmosphere.
The Meteorology Department expected in its Sunday bulletin that the skies will be between clear to partly cloudy in General; the weather will be misty in the eastern areas and al-Badiya (desert) and cold at night.
The Department warned of the formation of ice in the mountains and frost and fog in some inland areas.
The winds will be western to northwestern of low to moderate speed and the sea waves will be low to moderate in amplitude.
Rain amounts in some Syrian provinces during the past 24 hours according to the rain bulletin issued by the Ministry of Agriculture and Agrarian Reforms reached: 10mm in Homs, 8mm in Tartous, 16,7mm in Lattakia, 18mm in Hasaka.
The expected Temperatures in some Main Syrian cities are as follows: Damascus 13/04, Daraa 15/03, Homs 12/03, Hama 14/04, Lattakia 16/09, Aleppo 13/02 and Deir Ezzor 16/05.
