Child killed, 7 injured in rocket attacks by armed groups on Daraa suburb and al-Nu’aima power substation

Daraa, SANA- A child was killed and 7 civilians were injured due to attacks by armed groups with rocket shells on Daraa suburb and al-Nu’aima power substation in a new violation of the Russian memorandum on de-escalation zones.

SANA’s correspondent in Daraa said that armed groups fired on Monday afternoon a number of rocket shells at houses in Daraa suburb area, killing a girl child and injuring four others including a woman and her child, in addition to causing material damage to houses and public and private properties.

Earlier, the correspondent said that armed groups fired two rocket shells on al-Nu’aima power substation to the east of Daraa city.

The correspondent said that armed groups positioned in al-Nu’aima town, which is located 4 km to the east of Daraa city, fired two rocket shells on al-Nu’aima power substation, injuring three workers, one of whom sustained severe injuries, in addition to causing material damage to the station.
