Astana, SANA- Kazakh Foreign Minister Kairat Abdrakhmanov hoped that the talks on the crisis in Syria will continue, stressing that solution to this crisis can be reached only through peaceful means.
” We want the intra-Syrian talks to continue and believe that it is possible to settle the crisis in Syria only through peaceful methods,” Abdrakhmanov said during the meeting of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) Foreign Ministers Council in Astan Friday.
He affirmed that it is necessary in this context to refer to the importance of the Astana process, which provides the necessary conditions for finding an acceptable solution to all parties concerned with the crisis in Syria within the framework of reaching an agreement on the cessation of hostilities.
