Damascus, SANA – Prime Minister Imad Khamis issued on Wednesday a decision including the executive instructions of the Legislative Decree no. 4 for 2017 on offering fixed-term contracts to temporary employees who are relatives of martyrs and those with Youth Employment Program contracts.

Fixed-term contracts will be offered to temporary employees who are relatives of martyrs and those who later became relatives of martyrs and those within the Youth Employment Program who are already employed based on one-year-long contraction system.

Decisions of offering such fixed-term contracts are issued by the ministers concerned with a specific period starting off the date of the issuance of the Legislative Decree (12/1/2017).
