Moscow, SANA- Head of the Defense Committee at Duma Council Gen. Vladimir Shamanov said that acts of Turkish regime forces in Idleb are not compatible with Sochi agreement.
Shamanov said in a statement on Wednesday that the Russian side has repeatedly announced that there are differences of views with the Turkish side regarding Idleb as it has been repeatedly warned of repercussions of its practices there.
