The 1st gas tanker arrives at oil terminal in Banyas after overthrow of former regime

Tartous, SANA- A tanker carrying gas arrived at the oil terminal of Syrian Oil Transport Company in Banyas city and this is the first to arrive at the company after overthrow of the defunct regime.

‏“The company’s cadres are in a fully readiness to receive oil tankers with a capacity of 90,000 tons of oil derivatives, and 130,000 to 134,000 tons of crude oil, in addition to gas tankers with a capacity of 21,000 tons of gas”, The company’s director, Eng. Bassam Khaddour, said in a statement to journalists.

Khaddour noted there are six terminals are ready to receive gas, gasoline, diesel, oil and fuel, in addition to a sea terminal in Tartous to export oil.
