Moscow, SANA- Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov and U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry affirmed the need for guaranteeing the implementation of decisions of the international Group for Supporting Syria, issued on November 14th before holding new rounds of talks.
The decisions stipulated that UN Special Envoy to Syria must prepare proposals about “The feature of the Syrian opposition” to hold talks with the Syrian government and coordinate a list on the terrorist organizations that should be combated in a joint way.
Russian Foreign Ministry said on Monday that both sides affirmed, during a phone call, the importance of sticking to “principle of consensus in the Group” and guaranteeing the participation of all its members in the next meetings.
