Sousan: al-Moallem was prominent national figure who strongly defend Syria

Damascus, SANA- Assistant Foreign and Expatriates Minister, ayman Sousan affirmed on Monday that with the demise of Deputy Prime Minister,Foreign and Expatriates Minister, Walid al-Moallem, Syria has lost an exceptional prominent national figure who has always defended Syria in the face of allcampaigns that have targeted it.

Sousan added in a phone call with the Syrian TV channel, that the late al-Moallem was confident and certain of the inevitability of victory against the terrorist war which has been imposed on Syria, indicating that al-Moallem, till the last moment of his life and despite the severity of his disease, he was carrying the national concern and continuing his task with its smallest details.

The Presidency of the Cabinet and the Foreign and Expatriates Ministry have mourned the death of Deputy Prime Minister, Foreign and Expatriates Minister Walid al-Moallem who passed away on Monday at dawn.
