Capitals, SANA- According to Worldometers Website, the novel coronavirus pandemic has claimed the lives of 1,487,013 people since its outbreak last December, While the total number of infections has reached up to 64,208,879, and the recoveries amounted to 44,457,096.
The United States still tops the list of infections with 14,108,606 infections and 276,979 deaths.
Indian Ministry of Health said that 36,604 new coronavirus infections have been registered, bringing the total number of infections to 9,499,710.
Meanwhile in Germany, Robert Koch Institution for Infectious Diseases on Wednesday showed that the number of confirmed cases of coronavirus has amounted to 1,084,743, while the total number of fatalities has risen to 17,123.
