Damascus, SANA- Prime Minister, Hussein Arnous, inaugurated on Saturday al-Mouwasat tunnel and new square to the West of Damascus.
In a statement to reporters after the inauguration, the Prime Minister said the project was fully implemented by national cadres.
SANA reporter said that the total cost of the project reached nearly 70 billion SYP and the length of the tunnel is 525 m.
The project consists of a tunnel and a road junction in the vital area of Mouwasat where several hospitals, markets and official and educational institutions are located.
