Provinces, SANA – Army units on Sunday continued its crackdown on armed terrorist groups, carrying out military operations against their dens and hideouts in several areas around the country.
Army units killed many terrorists and injured others during targeting their gatherings in the neighborhoods of al-Shaar, al-Haidaryieh, al-bayanoun, Shantara, Deir-Hafer, al-Mansoura, Baqed al-Adas, Reef al-Mohandiseen, Khawabi al-Asal and Bishqateen in Aleppo and its countryside.
An army unit targeted an armed terrorist group riding four cars on the road between Waqam and Dama in Sweida countryside, killing most of the terrorists, injuring the others and destroying their cars.
Meanwhile, a military source told SANA that the Army targeted gatherings of terrorists in a number of al-Quneitra countryside towns, killing a number of them and injuring many others.
An army unit foiled terrorists’ infiltration attempt from Salmin to Jadya in Daraa countryside, destroying a heavy machinegun-equipped car behind Zamrin-Salmin crossroad and killing many terrorists and injuring others.

Meanwhile, the army clashed with terrorists in the areas of Joubar and Daraya, killing scores of them and destroying their gatherings and weaponry.
In Quneitra, army units targeted terrorists’ gatherings in Teranja village, Ain al-Dareb and al-Majdouliyeh, killing many and injuring others.
A military source said that army units eliminated two armed terrorist groups in the surrounding area of al-Rami town and Bazza farm in Idleb countryside.
The source added that army units killed many terrorists and injured others during targeting their gatherings in the area surrounding to al-Arbaeen mountain, Iblin, Kafar Najed, Tal al-Waz, Qare al-Ggazal, al-Khafia and al-Baraghiti.
A military source told SANA that the army units targeted terrorists’ dens and gatherings in Jisr al-Shoghour, killing scores of terrorists, most of them were non-Syrian, in addition to injuring others.
The army units also destroyed 3 vehicles in the area surrounding al-Najiyeh village in Idleb countryside, killing all terrorists inside them.
