Daraa, SANA – Terrorists assassinated on Thursday head of the reconciliation subcommittee of Atman town in the southern Daraa province.
Khaled Kassab al-Masri was assassinated in Tafas city where he was carrying out efforts in cooperation with the parties concerned to settle the legal status of hundreds of people from Daraa countryside, according to local sources from Tafas.
In the past few days, local reconciliations have been achieved in Daraa province during which over 3140 people, included wanted persons, draft dodgers and gunmen, had their legal status settled after turning themselves in to the authorities.
