4 civilians killed, 7 injured in terrorist rocket attacks in Aleppo and Quneitra

Aleppo/Quneitra, SANA – One child was killed and five others were injured due to a terrorist rocket attack on al-Khalidiye neighborhood in Aleppo city.

A source at Aleppo Police Command told SANA’s correspondent that terrorists fired rocket shells at the residential neighborhood of al-Khalidiye in the city, killing a child, injuring 5 others, and causing material damage to houses, private properties, and infrastructure in the area.

Meanwhile, three civilians were killed and two others were injured when rocket shell fired by Jabhat al-Nusra terrorists on al-Baath city in Quneitra province.

A source at Quneitra Police Command told SANA’s correspondent that terrorists located in al-Hamidiye village 2 km west of al-Baath city fired on Saturday evening a rocket shell which fell near a park for children in the workers’ housing area in the city, killing 3 and injuring 2 others, all from the same family; the father, mother, and a son were killed, while another son and a grandfather sustained serious wounds

The source added that the attack also damaged homes and private properties.

Earlier in the day, a source in Quneitra province said that 8 mortar shells fired by Jabhat al-Nusra terrorists located in Beit Jen farm fell at the outskirts of Erneh village, causing material damage to private and public properties.
