Damascus, SANA – The temperatures will continue to rise to become 6 to 9 degrees above average, according to the Meteorology Department.
In its Sunday forecast, the Department expected hot weather to prevail, saying the skies will be clear to partly cloudy in general, while the weather will be misty in the eastern and al-Badyia “desert” areas.
The wind will be changeable and northwesterly in general of moderate speed and the sea waves will be low in height.
Tomorrow, the temperatures will continue to rise to become 7 to 10 degrees above average, according to the forecast.
The expected temperatures in the major Syrian cities will be as follows: Damascus 37/21, Daraa 36/20, Homs 33/19, Lattakia 30/19, Aleppo 34/18 and Deir Ezzor 38/21.
