Provinces, SANA – Army units targeted Tuesday armed terrorist groups’ gatherings and hideouts in many areas across the country, eliminating a number of their members.
A military source told SANA that army units destroyed terrorist’s vehicles with all the terrorists inside them in Khan al-Assal, al-Atareb, Enjarah, to the east south of Daret Izza, Oroum al-Kobra , to the north of the Thermal Plant and Kafer Halap in Aleppo countryside.
The source added that army units eliminated many terrorists and destroyed their weaponry in al-Owijah, Babnish, al-Sheikh Said, Fafin, Harbel, Hayan, al-Atareb, al-Zaroubeh, Tal Refa’at, Deir Jamal, and Bab al-Hadid in Aleppo and its countryside.
Army units killed all members of two armed terrorist groups in al-Ameriyeh and Salah Eddin neighborhoods in Aleppo city.
Army units destroyed heavy machineguns, assault rifles, and ammo and killed many terrorists from the terrorist groups “Islam Army” and the “Islamic Alliance of al-Cham Soldier” at the outskirts of al-Mleiha in Damascus Countryside following clashes with trapped terrorist groups that attempted to flee the area the perimeter of which is tightly controlled by the army.
A number of terrorists from Jabhat al-Nusra were also eliminated in al-Nashabiye farms deep in the Eastern Ghouta area, while 15 terrorists were killed in army operations in al-Shifouniye and Aaliya farms in Douma area which also resulted in destroying terrorist hideouts, weapons, and ammo.
A vehicle transporting terrorists, weapons and ammo was destroyed in the farms of Harasta east of the Police Hospital, and one terrorist was killed in Jobar area.
Army units destroyed terrorist hideouts in Ashrafiyet al-Abbassa and Khan al-Sheih, eliminating and injuring many terrorists and destroying their weapons and equipment.
Other units pursued terrorists in the wilderness around Assal al-Ward in al-Qalamoun area on the Syrian-Lebanese borders, killing a number of terrorists.
In Daraa province, army units targeted terrorists’ gatherings in Tal al-Za’atar area and the technical Institute in Daraa al-Balad, killing and injuring a number of terrorists.
The source added that army units targeted terrorists’ gatherings in al-Yadoudeh village, to the south east of al-Rrai tunnel in al-Nua’imeh town, surrounding al-Sheikh Sa’ad village.
The army units also targeted other terrorists’ gatherings in Etman and Inkhel villages, killing and injuring a number of terrorists and destroying their car.
An army unit foiled terrorists’ attempt of infiltration into a military checkpoint in Inkhel, killing many of its members and injuring others.
Army units targeted terrorist gatherings and hideouts near the town of Sheikh Saad, in and around the town of Atman, and in the town of Samlin, eliminating several terrorists and injured others.
Another unit targeted a terrorist group near the Syriatel building in Daraa al-Balad, killing and injuring a number of its members, while yet another unit eliminated a terrorist group and destroyed its equipment near the quarry area in the town of Samlin.
In the same context, an army unit killed and injured all members of an armed terrorist group in al-Na’aimeh town in Daraa countryside.
In Quneitra, army units also thwarted terrorists’ infiltration attempt into a military checkpoint in al-Hejja, from the surrounding area of al-Hejja, Breiqa towards Rasem al-Aqraa towards Nabe’ al-Sakhra in Quneitra countryside, killing or injuring many of the terrorists.
The source added that an army unit killed and injured a number of terrorists in Rasem al-Aqraa , Ein al-Darb and the farms of Kodneh and Breiqa in Quneitra countryside.
The army units targeted terrorists’ gatherings and hideouts in the areas of Jaba and Oum Batna, killing and injuring scores of terrorists and destroying their equipment and weaponry.
Army units eliminated many terrorists and injured others in Tal Kroum-Jabba and in Khirbet Zbeid areas.
A military source told SANA that army units targeted terrorists’ gatherings in Unq al-Hawa and al-Sulatniyeh in the eastern countryside of Homs and in al-Balan area in al-Rastan city, killing and injuring a number of terrorists.
The source added that an army unit destroyed a car equipped with heavy machinegun on Jabourin- Um Sharshouh junction in Homs countryside.
A military source told SANA that the army clashed with terrorist groups in many areas in Sahl al-Rouj in Idleb countryside and killed large numbers of them.
Among the killed terrorists were Wasim Aref al-Mutla, Anas al-Sous, Omar Fakhr al-Maari, Mohammad Aref al-Mutla and Abu Ello, all of them were terrorist groups’ leaders.
Meanwhile, the army targeted terrorists’ hideouts in Enyib and Kifr Najd and killed and injured a number of the terrorists.
