Damascus, SANA – The temperatures continue to be around or slightly above average as the country is still under the influence of a low air pressure system accompanied by high air pressure in the upper layers of the atmosphere.
The Meteorology Department expected in its Sunday bulletin that the skies will be clear in general with some scattered clouds, while it will be misty in the eastern areas, al-Badiya desert and al-Jazeera.
The expected temperatures in some Syrian cities are as follows: Damascus 32/17, Aleppo 32/17, Homs 31/16, Hama 33/16 and Lattakia 31/22.
The winds will be northwesterly of light to moderate speed, and the sea waves will be of low amplitude.
