Damascus, SANA – The temperatures rise slightly to become above average in most regions due to the Indian seasonal low pressure that is accompanied by southwestern air currents in the upper layers of the atmosphere.
The Meteorology Department expected in its Friday bulletin today will be hot and clear in general, with fog to be formed in the eastern, al-Jazeera and al-Badiya “desert” areas.
The temperatures expected in the major Syrian cities are as follows: Damascus 37/21, Aleppo 37/22, Homs 34/20, Lattakia 31/27 and in Daraa 35/21.
The wind will be westerly to northwesterly of low to moderate speed and the sea waves will be of low amplitude.
