Material damage in Hasaka Water Establishment due to a terrorist mortar attack

Hasaka, SANA – Terrorists of the Islamic State in Iraq and Syria (ISIS) fired mortars that hit the building of Water Establishment of Hasaka in the northeastern Hasaka province on Thursday.

Mahmoud Akleh, the Establishment’s director, said in a statement to SANA reporter that two mortar shells smashed into the Establishment’s building, which is located at the entrance of al-Aziziyeh neighborhood in Hasaka city, causing material damage but no human casualties.

On May 6th, four civilians were killed and six others were injured as ISIS terrorists fired 15 shells on the neighborhoods of al-Nasireh, al- Kallaseh, al-Salihiyeh and al-Mufti in Hasaka city.
