Damascus, SANA- Foreign and Expatriates Minister, Fayssal Mikdad, said that stances of Western countries and the United States in support of what it called “Israel’s right to self-defense” is an open license for the Israeli fascists to kill the Palestinian people, who have paid more than 7,000 martyrs, including 3,000 children until today.
“Demolishing Palestinian homes and depriving them of medicine, food, electricity, and water are war crimes and crimes against humanity, as Article 51 of the United Nations Charter completely contradicts the West’s interpretation of it and its use as a killing machine, because the Charter supports the right to Peoples to enjoy freedom, independence and human rights, Mikdad twitted on X platform.
Mikdad added that what is required now is to stop collective Western hypocrisy and respect international law and international humanitarian law if the West don’t want to lose what remains of its “fig leaves.”
