Washington, SANA- An American child of Palestinian origin was killed and a woman was stabbed by a seventy-year-old American man in Will County, Illinois.
According to AFP, the US authorities charged a seventy-year-old man with murder and committing a hate crime on Sunday after he stabbed a child to death and a woman who was renting a house he owned, in light of the current conditions in the occupied Palestinian territories.
The child, who was stabbed 26 times, died in the hospital, while the 32-year-old woman, believed to be his mother, is recovering, according to a statement issued by the district mayor’s office.
According to the statement, the two victims of this brutal attack were targeted by the suspect because of the ongoing war in Palestine.
