Russian army thwarts attack by Ukrainian forces, downs four drones

Moscow, SANA- The Russian army thwarted an attack carried out by the Ukrainian forces on Krasny Liman axis, causing material loses and deaths among the Ukrainian forces.

Russian News Agency Sputnik quoted head of the press center of the group linked to the Russian Army , Alexander Savchuk, as saying that units of the center forces thwarted attempts to target several areas on the Krasny Lyman axis by groups of Ukrainian brigades, and destroyed a Ukrainian fighting vehicle, two armored vehicles and two mortars.

Savchuk added that Russian air defense systems downed four drones, bombed two strongholds of Ukrainian forces in Torskoye and Serebrianka regions, saying that the number of deaths among Ukraine forces reached to 90.
