Daraa, SANA- Engineering Units at the Syrian Arab Army detonated on Thursday an explosive device planted by terrorists near the entrance to the Maternity Hospital in Daraa city.
A source at Daraa Police Command told SANA reporter that the engineering units dealt with an explosive device that could not be dismantled near the entrance to the Maternity Hospital in the Daraa al-Mahata area as it was detonated after taking all necessary measures to ensure the safety of citizens and hospital visitors.
The source added that the explosion caused limited material damage to the hospital fence and the street, and no injuries were reported.
