Tehran, SANA- Syrian-Iranian relations are strategic and deep-rooted, Iranian Foreign Ministry Spokesman Nasser Kanaani has affirmed.
Kanaani, during a weekly press conference, said that the talks between the two countries are constructive and continued on the highest diplomatic levels.
On the other hand, Kanaani noted that the West makes statements to provoke other countries and takes advantage of the recent events in Iran to carry out show-off measures to serve its interests.
Regarding his country’s foreign diplomacy, Kanaani reiterated that Iran’s policy is consistent in strengthening relations with other countries.
