Syrian national football team is in 1st group of Asian Youth Cup finals

Tashkent, SANA-The draw for the Asian Cup for U-20 Youth, which was drawn in the Uzbek capital Tashkent, has placed the Syrian national football team in Group A along with Uzbekistan, Indonesia and Iraq.

The second group, in the finals to be held next March, included of Qatar, Australia, Vietnam and Iran, while South Korea, Tajikistan, Jordan and Oman in the third group and Saudi Arabia, Japan, China and Kyrgyzstan in the fourth group.

Our team qualified to the Asian finals by coming 2^nd in the 4^th  group of qualifiers, one point ahead of Jordan to come in 4^th place among the best 2^nd  -placed teams.
