Moscow, SANA- Mikhail Mezentsev, Chief of Russia’s National Defense Management Center, has announced that the Ukrainian Nazis had prepared firing positions between residential buildings in Siversk city, Donetsk People’s Republic.
The Russian RIA Novosti news agency quoted Mezentsev as saying in a statement today that “in Siversk City, among the apartment buildings on Sadovaya Street, firing positions and ammunition depots were prepared without evacuating the residents, with the aim of taking them as human shields.”
