Moscow: The EU’s hostile acts will not remain unanswered

Moscow, SANA- Russian Foreign Ministry said that the hostilities of the European Union will not remain unanswered, expressing hope that Brussels would realize that confrontation with Russia is not in its interest.

“The actions of the EU will not remain unanswered,” the Russian RIA Novosti news agency quoted the director of the ministry’s European Cooperation Department, Nikolai Koprinets, as saying.

He added that “the irresponsible sanctions imposed by Brussels against Russia negatively affect the daily lives of ordinary Europeans.”

“I do not think that the Europeans are ready to pay the price for more killings of civilians in Ukraine from their pockets and to turn Europe from a zone of cooperation and stability into a zone of conflict,” the Russian diplomat said.
