Zakharova: Int’l institutions prevented Russia from accessing biological labs in Ukraine, Georgia

Moscow, SANA- Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova revealed that international institutions have prevented Russian experts from accessing biological laboratories in Ukraine and Georgia.

“We have sought to access these laboratories through international legal institutions, but these institutions told us that you cannot enter the laboratories, neither you nor the specialized observers. This means that there are experiments that were carried out in violation of the law,” Russia Today website cited Zakharova as saying.

Zakharova affirmed that the Pentagon used these biological laboratories for military purposes because it does not spend a single cent on something that does not target military interests.

Yesterday, the British newspaper, Daily Mail, published documents that partially confirm the validity of the Russian accusations against Hunter Biden, son of US President Joe Biden, of his involvement in financing biological laboratories in Ukraine.

On the other hand, Zakharova described the ongoing negotiations with the Ukrainian side as “neither good nor bad” because the Kyiv authorities use negotiations to divert attention, build their military capabilities and continue the destruction by all means.”

Earlier, the Head of the Russian delegation, Assistant to the Russian President Vladimir Medinsky, said that Moscow, in its negotiations with Kyiv, insists on a comprehensive treaty, taking into account the vital points of Russia.
