Damascus, SANA- Temperatures will remain around average as the country is still affected by a superficial low air pressure accompanied by wet and cold northwestern air currents in the upper parts of atmosphere, the Meteorological Department said.
The skies will be partly cloudy in general, with a chance for showers especially over the coastal, central and southern regions, while at night, the weather will be cold, and frost and fog are expected over mountains and some inland regions, according to the Department’s Sunday bulletin.
The bulletin added the wind will be southwesterly with a moderate speed and some active gusts of more than 50km/h, meanwhile the sea waves will be low to medium in amplitude
The expected temperatures in some Syrian cities will be as follows: Damascus 13/6, Daraa 12/7, Homs 14/7, Hasaka 13/1, Tartous 17/8, Aleppo 14/3, Deir Ezzor 16/8
