People’s Assembly on October war anniversary: no salvation for Arab nation except by unity, adherence to rights

Damascus, SANA-People’s Assembly affirmed on Tuesday that there is no salvation from dangers that face the Arab nation except by boosting unity and rallying around the banner of steadfastness and adherence to Arab rights.

“Outcomes of Tishreen liberation war have made the enemy to reconsider its actions after it bet on Arab weakness… the Syrian Arab army was able to write the most wonderful epics of victory, pride and dignity and destroy the legend of the Zionist entity’s army that it won’t be defeated.” The Assembly said in a statement to SANA on the 48th anniversary of October Liberation War.

It added that the achievements of the Syrian Arab Army today are complementary to those of October heroes.
