Commissioned by President al-Assad, al-Dandah offers condolences over passing of Iraqi senior cleric al-Tabatabai

Baghdad, SANA- Commissioned by President Bashar al-Assad, Syria’s Ambassador to Iraq Sattam Jadaan al-Dandah, extended condolences over the passing of Grand Ayatollah Sayyed Mohammed Saeed al-Tabatabai al-Hakim, senior cleric in Najaf al-Ashraf and al-Hawza al-Ilmiyya in Iraq.

Ambassador al-Dandah, while extending condolences, hailed the rich scientific career and the great jurisprudential legacy left by the late.

For their part, al-Hakim family and al-Hawza in Najaf expressed thanks and gratitude to President al-Assad for his condolences, wishing Syria’s leadership, government and people continued progress and prosperity.
