Component authorities find weapons cache in Homs northern countryside

Homs, SANA- The component authorities have found a cache of weapons and ammunition left behind by terrorist organizations in Homs northern countryside.

SANA reporter in Homs said that while following up the operations of combing and clearing the liberated areas of what had been left behind by terrorists, and in cooperation with the locals, component authorities have found a cache of weapons which had been hidden by terrorist groups in Homs northern countryside ahead of being defeated.

The cache included 248 automatic assault rifles, 3 machineguns, one sniper, 30 boxes of 12,7 mm caliber ammunition, 30 boxes of 14,5 mm caliber ammunition, and 29 boxes of   23 mm caliber ammunition, in addition to 210 mortar shells of 82 mm caliber, 86 valves of mortar shells, 78 mortar fillers, and 68 RBG shells.
