A soldier martyred, three others injured in Israeli attack on a military unit in Damascus Countryside

Damascus, SANA- Israeli enemy on Wednesday dawn launched an air attack on one of the Syrian air defenses units in Damascus Countryside, causing the martyrdom of a soldier and the injury of three others, in addition to material damage.

A military source told SANA in a statement that at 01.30 a.m. of Wednesday dawn, the Israeli enemy carried out air attacks with missiles from the north of al-Jalil, targeting one of the Syrian air defenses units in al-Nabi Habil area in Damascus Countryside.

The source added that the Syrian air defenses intercepted a number of the enemy’s missiles, as the attack caused the martyrdom of a soldier and the injury of three others, in addition to material damage.

During the years of the terrorist war on Syria, the Israeli enemy has launched several attacks against the Syrian territories, as the Syrian air defenses intercepted and downed most of the enemy’s missiles before reaching their targets.
