Damascus, SANA-Temperatures slightly will drop to become lower than average as the country is affected by a low air pressure accompanied with cold and wet air mass in the upper layers of the atmosphere.
Meteorology Department expected in its Wednesday bulletin that the skies will be clear to partly cloudy in general to turn to cloudy on the southern and southwestern areas, thundershowers are expected there, while the rainy weather will gradually prevail across the country.
The wind will be changeable to easterly with a low speed, as it will become active in the eastern areas and al-Jazeera, and the sea waves will be low in height.
The expected temperatures in some major Syrian cities will be as follows: Damascus 19/7, Daraa 19/8, Hama 18/5, Hasaka 18/4, Aleppo 17/4 and Tartous 23/13.
