Homs, SANA Minister of Administrative Development Dr. Hassan al-Nouri stressed the necessity of developing institutional performance for upgrading services offered to the citizens through developing the laws and legislations,
rehabilitating cadres and using data technology.
In the Ministry’s workshop on the Administrative reform and its role in the socioeconomic development held in Homs on Sunday, Minister al-Nouri reviewed the strategies and mechanisms for upgrading the issues related to reforming the state’s public administrative issues and combating corruption .
He pointed to the government’s big efforts to ensure the basic needs of the citizens under the crisis and the unfair economic sanctions imposed on the Syrian people.
For his part, Homs Governor Talal al-Barazi said that the government attached great importance to the issue of combating administrative corruption due to its role in developing the work environment and achieving the strategic goals of the administrative development.
The importance of planning and training human resources and evaluating their performance in addition to ensuring the appropriate internal
circumstances for developing their competitiveness were highlighted.
