Temperatures continue to rise, weather still cold at night

Damascus, SANA- Temperatures will continue to rise to become around average in most areas as the country is affected by a high air pressure in all layers of the atmosphere.

Meteorology Department expected in its Sunday bulletin that the skies will be clear to partly cloudy in general and the weather will be cold at night, warning against frost and fog over the mountains and some inland areas.

The wind will be westerly to southwesterly with a low speed and the sea waves will be low in height.

The expected temperatures in some major Syrian cities will be as follows: Damascus 1/12, Daraa 2/12, Homs 1-13, Lattakia 9-18, Aleppo 1-13 and Deir Ezzor 3-14.
