Beirut, SANA- Hezbollah condemned the Israeli brutal aggression on the besieged Gaza Strip and al-Mezza area in Damascus which claimed the lives of a number of people and injured others.
In a statement published on Tuesday, Hezbollah said “We denounce the treacherous and brutal Zionist aggression on Damascus and Gaza, and we believe in the steadfastness of the Palestinian people and the ability of the Palestinian resistance movements to retaliate strongly against the criminal aggressors.”
The statement reiterated adhere to resistance to achieve the liberation and final victory over the enemies.
Acting Lebanese Minister of State for Foreign Trade Affairs Hassan Murad, for his part, confirmed that the “Israeli aggression on Damascus shows again that one of the reasons behind the terrorist war waged against Syria is its standing by the Palestinian people.”
Head of the Supreme Islamic Shiite Council Sheikh Abdel Amir Qabalan, for his part, condemned the escalation of the Israeli aggression and crimes on Damascus and Gaza saying that “We hold the Israeli entity responsible for the consequences of this aggression as it seeks to destabilise the region and to sow tension it.”
Meanwhile, the Yemeni Ansarullah Movement also condemned, the Israeli enemy treacherous and coward crime of targeting al- Mezza neighborhood in Damascus and the Gaza Strip.
The Movement’s political bureau confirmed on Tuesday that “The Zionist enemy would not dare to commit these crimes without the collusion of some Arab and Gulf regimes who rushed towards normalization with Israel at the expense of the Palestinian cause”.
