Beirut, SANA- Hezbollah Deputy Secretary General Naim Qassem affirmed that Syria has remained steadfast in its war against terrorism and it has foiled all the schemes hatched against it.
In a statement on Sunday, Qassem said that “the US and its allies have planned for destroying Syria through waging a terrorist war on it, yet Syria has remained steadfast after eight years of that war and it has achieved many victories against terrorist organizations.”
Qassem indicated that “America has worked on destroying Yemen, Iraq, Palestine, Syria and Afghanistan and it is trying to attack Venezuela and other areas to impose its hegemony over the world.”
He asserted that all forms of the military, political, cultural, social and economic resistance are required to face the US-Israeli aggression and its tools.
