Damascus, SANA- Speaker of the People’s Assembly Hammoudah Sabbagh stressed that the presence of Arab pharmacists in Damascus expresse their belief in Syria and their trust in its ban-Arab role.
Sabbagh, meeting a delegation of the Union of Arab Pharmacists who participates in the First Student Scientific Conference being held in Damascus, added that the participation of the Arab Pharmacists is a part of the rebuilding process to mobilize the civilized and scientific role of Syria after achieving victories against terrorism.”
Dr. Basher Samaha, Coordinator of Arab universities and head of the delegation, affirmed that holding the conference in Syria is clear evidence that Syria defeated terrorism. He also underlined support to make any scientific conferences to be held in Syria successful as Syrian universities have been a resource of science to Arab students, even during the years of war.
For his part, Dr. Ali Ibrahim, Secretary General of the Union of Arab Pharmacists, stressed the support of Arab pharmacists to Syria in its the war against terrorism, adding that the victory of Syria is the victory for all Arabs.
