Nebenzya: 121 thousand civilians exited from Ghouta with help of Russia and Syrian government

New York, SANA- Russian Permanent Representative to the UN, Vasily Nebenzya, said that Russia and the Syrian government have secured the exit of 121 thousands of civilians from Eastern Ghouta via the safe corridors.

During a session of the UN Security Council on the situation in Syria, Nebenzya said that hundreds of civilians were martyred or injured in Damascus and its surroundings as a result of the shells fired by terrorist organizations in Ghouta.

The UN relies on sides that are considered parties to the crisis in Syria in addition to some Western countries to waste time by misleading facts and supporting armed groups, he added.
