Thursday weather: Temperatures around average, skies partly cloudy

Damascus, SANA- The temperatures will remain around average or slightly higher as the country is affected by a superficial low air pressure coming from the southeast and accompanied by southwestern air currents in the upper layers of the atmosphere.

Meteorology Department expected in its Thursday bulletin that the skies will be clear to partly cloudy in general while the weather will be relatively cold at night with a high humidity in the western and southern areas.

The direction of the wind will be changeable to northwesterly with a low speed and the sea waves will be low in height.

The expected temperatures in some of the major Syrian cities will be as follows: Damascus 27/13, Daraa 28/14, Homs 27/12, Lattakia 28/16, Aleppo 28/13 and Deir Ezzor 31/16.
