Damascus, SANA- Temperatures will drop, yet remain above average from 1 to 3 degrees in most areas as the country is affected by a superficial seasonal low pressure accompanied by southwestern airstreams in the upper layers of the atmosphere.
The Meteorology Department expected in its Wednesday bulletin that the skies will be clear and partly cloudy in general; while the weather will be misty and hot in the eastern areas, al-Jazira and al-Badia “desert”.
The winds will be northwesterly of low to moderate speed and the sea waves will be low in amplitude.
The expected temperatures in some main Syrian cities are as follows: Damascus 34/ 18, Daraa 32/ 20, Homs 34/18, Hama 36/19, Lattakia 30/20, Aleppo 36/19 and Deir Ezzor 42/23.
