Damascus, SANA- Temperatures will drop to become around average as the country is affected by a superficial low air pressure accompanied by southwestern air currents in the upper layers of the atmosphere.
The Meteorology Department expected in its Wednesday bulletin that the skies will be clear to partly cloudy in general; some scattered clouds appear in the evening, local rain showers will develop on the northern, western and coastal areas, while the skies will be misty in the eastern areas, al-Jazira and al-Badia desert.
The winds will be western to northwesterly of moderate to active speed, while the sea waves will be low to moderate in amplitude.
The expected temperatures in some main Syrian cities are as follows: Damascus 30/15, Daraa 29/15, Homs 27/13, Hama 29/14, Lattakia 26/15, Aleppo 30/15, and Deir Ezzor 35/17.
